PETALING JAYA: Liverpool legend Ian Rush will be conducting a three-day clinic for local strikers in the M-League from March 24-26.
The clinic is the brainchild of FA of Malaysia (FAM) deputy president, Khairy Jamaluddin, who wanted the Anfield legend to work on the nation's goal-shy strikers.
A total of 25 strikers will be picked to attend this first-of-a-kind course.
To facilitate the local strikers to attend the clinic, the Premier League and Super League schedules on March 28 and March 29 respectively have been postponed to March 30.
The Super League matches involved are: Perlis and Selangor, Kedah and Brunei DPMM FC, Penang and UPB-MyTeam, Sarawak and Perak and Johor FC and N. Sembilan.
The Premier League matches involved are: Malacca and Felda United, Shahzan Muda and PKNS, Sabah and KL Plus, Harimau Muda and K. Muda Naza, A. Forces and Kelantan and Proton FC and Johor PG.
