KUALA LUMPUR: Eighteen President Cup Malaysia (Under-20) football players have been handed two-to-five-year suspensions for involvement in match-fixing in the M-League last season.
The 18 comprised six players each from Negri Sembilan, T-Team ( Tganu) and MP Muar. The suspension term was based on their level of involvement, while one team’s President Cup coach has been banned for life.

The FAM will reveal the names of those banned on Wednesday.
