Sabah bounced back from two defeats by thumping KL SPA FC 4-1 in Likas. Underfire import striker Eamon Zayed finally broke his duck with his first competitive goal for the team by scoring the 3rd goal.
Even though it was only a few matches into the season, Zayed’s reputation as a feared striker in Iran came before him. Scoring 3 goals during the team’s friendly in China didn’t help at all.
Hopefully with some pressures being lifted up, the goals will come raining and directly help the team to gain promotion to the Superleague.
Sabah’s next game is also in Likas, against Pahang Kuantan FC on March 13th 2015.
